Shannon H. Wilson is the former college archivist and associate professor emeritus of library science at Berea College. His writings have appeared in Encyclopedia of Appalachia, Appalachian Heritage, The Kentucky Encyclopedia, and The Filson Club History Quarterly. He is coeditor of The Civil War in Appalachia: Collected Essays.
